Start your fitness journey with a detox. It's a great way to rid your body of toxins, sugars, and excess water weight. Just seeing the scale move downwards in a few short days can help you mentally especially when you need some motivation.
There are so many detox diets and methods out there, it can be difficult to choose. Since I am NOT a medical professional I can't tell you wish one is best or if you should do any at all. But what I can tell you is that doing something as simple as fruit and veggies only or no sugar can go a long way. While detoxing physically is important, it's also critical to detox spiritually and mentally.

The news cycle has been overwhelming lately. Whether it's COVID related or protesting the senseless crimes against Black America, the bad news doesn't seem to end. Many of us don't realize how much the news cycle and content shared on social media impacts the other areas of our life.
You have probably felt in a slump. Unmotivated. Even feel like giving up on 2020 altogether and we are not even half way through the year. That's why hitting the reset button and detoxing your mind, body, and yes, your contact list is important.
